Foamex board is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and comes in a range of thicknesses – 3mm, 5mm and 10mm. Foamex printing provides a cost effective way of updating board signage, and with full colour printing at 1440 dpi and weatherproof and UV-resistant inks, it looks great too. Matt, gloss, or dry wipe laminate options are also available to give your sign extra protection. Boards are supplied at a maximum sheet size of 8x4ft (2438x1219mm), any foam board printing orders larger than this will be split into sections.

A very lightweight rigid board, looks great with white smooth matt card based surfaces both sides and white foam in the centre. Attractively priced but can warp especially if printed or laminated one side only, and very delicate to handle, so not suitable for frequent handling or being in regular contact with the public. For cut-out to shape prints contour cutting has a minimum radius of 3cm.

Our printed foamex boards are outdoor durable (Foamex is an expanded PVC), not to be confused with foam board, a lighter indoor grade board, which we also supply.
